We are seeking a Head of Data Management to lead the governance quality and operational management of our group employee and company structure data. This is a global role responsible for defining strategic data models policies and standards while also ensuring handson operational excellence.
You will manage a team of 10 data professionals and collaborate closely with IT business units and support functions to drive highquality reliable and structured data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & implement data governance standards for employee and company structure data.
- Oversee data quality monitoring issue resolution and operational processes.
- Lead the design and evolution of data models and concepts ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Own internally developed data management tools setting requirements and guiding development.
- Manage and develop a team of data professionals balancing strategy with handson leadership.
Qualifications :
- 6 years of experience in data governance data management or related fields with prior team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with handson execution.
- Experience managing data operations quality processes and issue resolution.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across IT and business functions.
- Comfortable working in a global complex organizational environment.
