As Community Services Manager youll take the reins on a diverse and meaningful portfolio of programs including Therapy and Behaviour Support Psychoeducation and Peer Support Family Intervention Services and more. Youll be steering a talented multidisciplinary team to deliver services that are personcentered strengthsbased and truly lifechanging.

Youll report to our Director of Community & Allied Health and be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly daytoday from planning and budgets to team development and service innovation.

About You

Youre not just a manager youre a mentor a collaborator and a bigpicture thinker. You know how to balance strategy with heart and youre not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Youll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field Psychology Social Work/Science (and current professional registration)
  • 3 years leading diverse teams in health or social care settings

  • Operational management experience budgets planning service delivery

  • A passion for personcentered capacitybuilding approaches

  • A strong grasp of disability aged care and early intervention services

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • NSW WWCC NDIS Worker Check Police Check First Aid Drivers Licence

Bonus points if you also have any of the following:

  • Advanced Behavioural Support Practitioner
  • Management or Business qualifications
  • Experience across NDIS Education Aged Care Child & Family services
