Blanchard Valley Health System is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team
The provider will be responsible for treating adult and adolescent patients.
This is an ambulatory primary care position meaning the provider will be working in an outpatient setting.
The role requires the ability to practice autonomously while managing 25 patients per day.
Cerner EMR will be used for documentation and the provider will work within a hospitalemployed system.
The provider is expected to make a longterm commitment to ensure continuity of care.
No hospital call and a hospitalist group will admit patients to the hospital.
