Adult Services is looking for a Program Coordinator for Community Group homes in locations around Phoenixville Kimberton Collegeville Norristown and Rosemont and Berwyn areas. As a Program Coordinator you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic social emotional health and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care established Center Procedures Standards of Conduct Best Practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Center Leadership to oversee Assistant Coordinator residential program leaders and residential staff to ensure Individuals are safe healthy and living in a clean environment. Consults with Human Resources on employee relations recruitment and retention.

Qualifications
Be at least 21 years of age
Must possess and maintain valid drivers license
Bachelors Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services
Three (3) years of human service experience required. At least one (3) year of supervisory experience required.

Additionally you must be able to complete eight days of new hire orientation class have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid Requirements: Significant amounts of walking sitting and standing. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements normal hearing and vision. Occasional use of computers and office equipment. Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
