Job Description
To maintain all mechanical items in guestrooms and public areas that is dispatched by Housekeeping or Engineering base via radio.

Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge of all emergency service switches and shutoff valves for electrical feeders incoming water lines and natural gas lines.
- Know the locations of all sprinkler zone valves.
- Possess ability to obtain and complete service tickets through the OmniComp System.
- Know how to turn on/off and adjust all HVAC systems throughout the building including the Energy Management Systems.
Qualifications
- Must have five years Maintenance experience.
- Must have CFC Universal License.
- Must have basic knowledge of electric work and plumbing.
- Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must be able to lift items weighing in excess of 50 lbs. routinely.
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
- Must be able to bend stoop squat and stretch to daily task.
- Requires grasping writing standing sitting walking repetitive motions bending climbing listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests supervisors and subordinates.
- Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
- They must be able to work AM PM overnight weekend and holiday shifts. Schedule will vary according to business and operational needs.
