Global Social Media and Digital Communication Intern starting date: May 2025 6 months Milan

As a Social Media and Digital Communication Intern you will contribute to improving Amplifons digital awareness and reputation through the main social media channels (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook X) creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
Youll be in charge of:
- Developing and implementing Amplifons global and local multichannel social media strategy
- Creating and managing published content (images video copy) across all social media platforms
- Contributing to definition key social media KPIs (followership increase global and local engagement targeted adv campaigns)
- Monitoring and overseeing social media content tracking their performances
- Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices trends and technologies
- Collaborating with other Amplifons teams to increase reach and strengthen the corporate narrative
You are the right person if you:
- Hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Communication Marketing or similar field
- Are passionate about Communications and Social Media
- Are fluent in both Italian and English
- Have a good knowledge of LinkedIn Meta (Facebook Instagram) X TikTok YouTube and other social media best practices
- Have an understanding of social media KPIs SEO and web traffic metrics
- Are familiar with web design and publishing
- Possess critical thinking and problemsolving skills
