Why this role
With the successful launch of our stunning new Womenswear range The Set were ready to take the next step and we are expanding into Menswear. We need a dynamic and visionary individual to lead in shaping and developing this exciting new chapter for our brand.
What youll be doing:
Range Development: Take the lead in creating a commercially successful collection aligned with The Sets bold vision and Brand DNA.
Fit & Quality Leadership: Drive excellence by leading fit sessions ensuring all garments adhere to the highest quality standards and providing strategic oversight for lab dip and strikeoff approvals
Supplier Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers ensuring smooth processes and timely deliveries.
Cost Negotiation: Work with suppliers to achieve competitive costs and meet key performance indicators.
DataDriven Decisions: Analyse sales and trends to identify new opportunities and shape future collections.
CrossFunctional Leadership: Foster strong collaborative relationships with your team and key divisions such as Marketing and Design ensuring seamless alignment and driving collective success.
About you
Trend Awareness: A sharp eye for whats next in Mens fashion and trends.
Own Label Expertise: Proven experience in developing unique and compelling ownlabel designs.
DetailOriented Approach: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive mindset ready to innovate and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
Strategic Innovator: In this role youll thrive in adapting to new ways of working and challenging established processes to drive improvement. Your confidence in presenting ideas will be key as you contribute to shaping and building a new brand from the ground up.
