Lobby Ambassador
40 hours per week Finsbury Circus
As a Lobby Ambassador at JLL youll be the face of our organization shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. In this pivotal role youll create a welcoming and professional environment in our corporate lobbies embodying our culture of collaboration and innovation. Youll have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of individuals from highlevel executives to valued clients ensuring their experience aligns with JLLs commitment to excellence. This position allows you to thrive in a dynamic setting where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills.
What your daytoday will look like:
Greet and direct visitors employees and clients with a warm professional demeanor
Manage visitor checkin processes including issuing badges and notifying appropriate staff of arrivals
Assist with internal/external bookings as required with full meeting room accountability
Ensuring that all meeting rooms services VC facilities and public areas are set and maintained to the expected standards.
Ownership and ability to facilitate room set ups including moving flexible furniture
Be aware of room status in client rooms at all times & support internal rooms appropriately ensuring the room is ready prior to the next booking
Provide/report information on the available facilities arranging viewings and accompanying clients on tours of the facilities as and when required

Handle incoming phone calls messages and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
Maintain a clean organized and safe lobby area
Coordinate with security personnel to ensure building safety protocols are followed
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Embrace innovative ways of working to enhance the visitor experience
Required Qualifications:
Experience of working within a Corporate or 5* Hotel Reception environment
Independent and selfmanaging worker
Strong customer service skills a great networker!
Experience in customer service or hospitality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
A strong team player with the ability to multitask & prioritise work commitments.
Flexible approach to departmental requirements.
