Welcome to the Abakus School for the Development of Intelligence and Mathematical Thinking!
We provide online onetoone lessons for children aged 5 to 14. Our primary focus is mental arithmetic combined with brain and math thinking development. We aim to create a dynamic enjoyable learning experience that empowers children to conquer mathematical challenges with confidence. We are looking for online teachers to join our team
What will you do
Conduct individual 25min/55min online lessons in Zoom and on Abakus platform
Supervise homework completion;
Fill up the progress report of every child once a month
Mark attendance of children on the platform
Adapt and modify lesson plans from the school curriculum to support the students and meet their needs

Requirements
Requirements:
Native Spanish proficiency
Teaching experience with kids aged 512 (2 years of experience is mandatory)
Zoom experience desirable
Playful dynamic fun and engaging teaching approach
Weekday availability: Minimum total of 10 hours weekly (3pm 7pm) and weekend availability (at least for 4 hours one weekend day only 10am 4pm) Central European time.
Experience in Soroban Mental Arithmetic (Desirable)
Bachelors/Masters degree in Math Pedagogy Psychology or related will be a plus
