Job Description

YOUR MISSION:

As the Director of Product Learning Experience(f/m/d)* you will play a highly strategic and highimpact role building our product training academy from the ground up. Your mission is to design scalable learning experiences both selfguided and instructorled that empower our customers and partners to become skilled product users directly supporting revenue growth and business goals.

In this highimpact role youll influence product direction gotomarket execution and Parloas culture. You will blend product strategy with a deep understanding of learning and development to create a bestinclass training experience shaping how we deliver value and grow product adoption over time. You will activate internal experts to develop best practices into course content and workshops developing a sustainable and scalable learning ecosystem for external audiences.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Develop a WorldClass Academy: Lead the design and build of our product training academy. Create curriculum and certification programs that support our revenue growth goals by teaching customers and partners to be selfsufficient users.
  • Build a BestinClass InstructorLed Training Program: Complement comprehensive online learning programs with handson workshops delivered by product trainers or internal experts to drive deeper product knowledge and learner engagement.
  • Drive ProductOriented L&D Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure the academy aligns with product updates roadmap changes and customer success metrics. Integrate product insights into training materials and course design.
  • Internal Enablement Influence and Activation: Partner with GTM Enablement Customer Experience and People to support internal enablement needs where learning personas overlap with external audiences. Activate internal experts and foster a culture of crossorganization learning.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Manage a global team of instructional designers and product trainers guiding them to produce highquality engaging educational experiences.
  • Measure and Optimize Impact: Implement robust performance metrics and feedback loops to track learner progress course effectiveness and direct impact on business outcomes. Use datadriven insights to continually refine the academy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as a thought partner to executive product and GTM leadership translating training insights into strategic recommendations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • ProductOriented L&D Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building scalable product training programs with a deep understanding of how training impacts product adoption and customer success.
  • CrossFunctional Influence: Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams (Product Customer Experience Sales Partnerships) and influencing at all organizational levels to drive program success.
  • Customer and Partner Focus: A passion for designing learning experiences that meet the needs of external learners and drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities ensuring alignment and clarity across all internal and external audiences.
  • Team Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring teams of instructional designers and product trainers with a focus on delivering scalable and repeatable educational programs.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to tie enablement initiatives to key performance outcomes with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
