Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Process Engineer III with a strong background in plastics and injection molding to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role youll play a critical part in optimizing production processes leading capital projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support process development and optimization for plastic injection molding operations.

Drive capital improvement projects from concept through implementation ensuring cost quality and timeline targets are met.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Quality Maintenance and Product Development.

Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas of improvement in cycle times scrap reduction and efficiency.

Provide handson troubleshooting and root cause analysis of processrelated issues.

Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality standards in all process activities.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for process improvements and equipment changes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

Must have a strong background in plastics and injection molding.

Proven experience managing and executing capital projects in a manufacturing setting.

Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
