Job Description
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to join our Womens Health team in Burlington VT. In this role you will perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures primarily in OB/GYN providing crucial imaging services to our patients. You will work independently collaborate with physicians and peers and contribute to the training and development of other staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in OB/GYN and other related areas as needed.
- Ensure accurate and highquality images for interpretation by physicians.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Participate in the mentoring and education of staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited diagnostic Sonography program.
- ARDMS OB/GYN certification required.
- Minimum of 6 months of scanning experience outside of clinical rotations with a focus on OB/GYN.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in MaternalFetal Medicine (MFM) preferred.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to critically think and problemsolve while scanning.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Bonus offered: Range $10000.00 $15000.00 based on years of experience.
