Job Summary:
As a Site Experience Specialist you will be responsible for documenting and tracking various site enhancements across multiple stakeholders and product teams. You will maintain continuous communication with internal teams to address bugs capture needs and document enhancements related to the Content Management System (CMS). Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for effective collaboration. Attention to detail is crucial for documenting CMS needs and performing Quality Assurance testing of new templates to ensure high standards.
Key Responsibilites:
Maintain ongoing documentation with internal teams regarding bugs needs and enhancements to the CMS.
Perform quality assurance checks on all new template releases and updates to existing templates.
Assist internal teams with experimentation setup and documentation.
Interact with product squads to follow up on open tickets and document blockers.
Perform daily site checks across app desktop and mobile experiences.

Individual compensation will vary based on jobrelated factors including the skills qualifications and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
