NOW HIRING: Custodial Quality Assurance Trainer
Location: Salem OR
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00 PM start time varied end time (810 hour shifts)
GLISS is seeking a Custodial Quality Assurance Trainer to ensure that all custodial sites meet customer expectations and comply with contract specifications. This role requires a professional customerfocused individual who can supervise train and assess custodial employees while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with external site representatives
Ensure customer satisfaction by verifying all contract specifications are met
Perform inspections of custodial sites and follow up as needed
Accurately report and submit documentation to the Division Manager in a timely manner
Coordinate scheduling for quality inspections vehicle inspections and related tasks
Prepare and conduct training sessions for custodial employees
Maintain accurate training records
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong decisionmaking and leadership abilities
Ability to train individuals with different learning styles
Must be able to read write speak and understand English
