Job Description
Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for a long term client in Lancaster NY. The customer is looking for a Forklift Operator with experience who is comfortable operating a forklift around storage areas warehouse spaces and outdoors if needed.
Pay Rate: $17 to $19 an hour
Hours: 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM
Responsibilities:
Unload materials and merchandise from income vehicles and stack them in assigned areas in warehouse
Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
Identify damage and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Transport materials to production area using forklift
Requirements:
Experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Able to follow safety rules at all times
Must wear steel toe shoes
Attendance is very important
