Job Description
- Inventory Management:Tracking inventory levels managing stock and ensuring proper organization.
- Ordering and Procurement:Placing orders with vendors tracking shipments and coordinating deliveries.
- Customer Service:Assisting customers in identifying needed parts providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Returns and Claims:Processing returns handling warranty claims and resolving related issues.
- Administrative Tasks:Billing crediting answering inquiries (phone email) and resolving customer complaints.
- Coordination:Working with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient part procurement and distribution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
- Familiarity with relevant industry products and catalogs.
- Computer proficiency (Word Excel Outlook Dealertrak/CDK).
