Position Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more areas (example carpentry painting building repairs). Contacts and manages contract vendor relationships including receiving bids and making recommendations for approval within budget parameters. Supports and promotes the Credit Unions Vision Mission Culture and Core Values.
