Job Description

UCHealth is looking to add 2 additional Locums to their Neuroendovascular team! Provider MUST be available to cover the open August dates : 24 hour call shifts (7AM 7AM)Facility is preferably looking for a Neurosurgeon with endovascular capabilities. Provider must be able to do thrombectomies and clippings so they do not have to transfer the patient. Heavy surgical emphasisWill not accept a Neuro interventional radiologist. Provider must be Board Certified in Neurological Surgery.100% adult50% trauma100% inpatient05 hospital based patients per daySupport Staff: Dedicated CNS for the practice MF day shift. General Neurosurgery APPs are available at night for general questions from staff. New consults will be dealt by a call neuroendovascular volume expected while on call Average number of patients or hours This varies at a given time. Must be comfortable with open endovascular procedures but most procedures are done in the interventional/cath lab. EMR: Epic90 day credentialing timeframeWill pay for full travelSee PD for required proceduresCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSACLS (AHA)BLS (AHA)Board CertifiedDEASTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSColorado
