Patient Population:The patient population on our acute care floor can be diverse encompassing individuals of different ages genders cultures and medical conditions. Typically patients on this floor require immediate medical attention due to severe illnesses injuries or surgical procedures. This may include patients with acute respiratory distress cardiac emergencies infections traumatic injuries or complications from chronic conditions. In general the patient population in this department is characterized by a need for medical care and monitoring to stabilize and treat their conditions. Registered Nurse Requirements Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program 2 YEARS OF MED/SURG TELE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED1 YEAR OF RN CHARGE EXPERIENCE PREFERREDLicense/Certification RN Registered Nurse BLS Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
