Job Description
The municipality of Goes part of De Bevelanden is looking for an experienced and peoplefocused Manager Werkcentrum to lead the operations and strategic development of the Werkcentrum within the Samenleving domain.
The Werkcentrum plays a vital role in supporting employment reintegration and social participation in the region. As Manager you will oversee daily operations manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure the successful delivery of employment services to the community.
This is a temporary assignment ideal for professionals with leadership experience in the social domain and a strong understanding of labor market policies and public service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Werkcentrum team.

Manage staff performance resource allocation and program execution.

Develop and maintain partnerships with employers educational institutions and social service providers.

Ensure compliance with local and national employment regulations.

Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for municipal stakeholders.

Drive innovation and improvements in service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements (Eisen)

HBO/WOlevel education preferably in Public Administration Social Work HR or related fields.

Proven experience in managing teams within the social domain or employment services.

Strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation and social policy frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with handson operational management experience.

Fluency in Dutch (mandatory); understanding of regional labor market dynamics is a plus.
