Job Description

Help shape an exceptional hiring experience

Were looking for a strategic and systemsminded Talent Acquisition Enablement Lead to join our People team. In this critical role youll lead the systems processes and data that underpin every great hire from application through onboarding.

Youll manage a small team and collaborate crossfunctionally with HR IT and Talent leaders to improve the way we hire onboard and scale. Whether its refining workflows rolling out new recruiting tools or improving how we report on hiring progress youll play a key role in making sure our candidate experience is seamless inclusive and effective.

What youll be doing

  • Lead and optimise our recruitment tech stack including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding tools.
  • Deploy new systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition workflows.
  • Ensure candidates have a smooth consistent experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Partner with HR TA and IT to deliver system integrations that support a seamless transition into onboarding.
  • Provide hiring data insights and dashboards to drive decisionmaking and improve TA effectiveness.
  • Enable recruiters and hiring managers with guides training and process support.
  • Lead and deliver crossfunctional projects including change management and vendor oversight.

What youll bring

  • Proven experience in TA operations systems management or enablement roles.
  • Leadership and Management Experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding platforms (e.g. ATS ideally Page up or and Smart Recruiter CRM HRIS).
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading system rollouts or optimisations.
  • A passion for delivering great experiences for candidates recruiters and hiring managers alike.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI Excel or similar).
