In the role of Business Banking Manager you will join the Business Banking team thats doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key customers.
  • Identify new business and establish develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
  • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
  • Sales Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales/ income campaigns and initiatives. & sell and promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameter
  • Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.

  • Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales lending credit assessment and control experience.
  • Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
  • A commitment to strong risk culture conduct and compliance risk.
  • A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
  • An agile mindset and adaptive leadership skills
