We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in optimizing supply chain operations by analyzing complex data sets identifying trends and inefficiencies and proposing actionable strategies. You will work crossfunctionally with procurement logistics inventory management finance and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency ensure datadriven decisionmaking and support the continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
Analyze endtoend supply chain operations including procurement logistics inventory management and supply chain planning.
Identify bottlenecks cost drivers and process inefficiencies; provide databacked recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs using tools such as Power BI or Excel.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and process automation.
Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and supply chain tools.
Monitor supplier performance inventory turnover and ontime delivery metrics.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on initiatives.
Assist in business case development for process changes new systems or vendor selection.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate supplier markets pricing trends industry benchmarks and emerging supply chain risks.
An undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management Business Analytics Industrial Engineering Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
A masters degree MBA or certification (e.g. CSCP CPIM PMP CBAP) is an asset.
At minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics operations analysis business analysis or a related role.
Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong understanding of supply chain principles including procurement logistics warehouse operations and supply planning.
Experience in sustainability and responsible sourcing.
Handson experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI Tableau and Workday Reporting.
Experience conducting root cause analysis developing dashboards and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Experience in project management stakeholder engagement or crossfunctional team collaboration.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables macros VLOOKUP data modeling).
Proficiency in SQL or database querying for data extraction and analysis.
Handson experience with Workday (or other ERP systems) for report creation process optimization and system configuration.
Expertise in Workday reporting including creating custom reports and dashboards managing data workflows and utilizing Workdays analytics tools to drive operational insights.
Proven ability to manage business process changes in supply chain areas ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with stakeholders.
Familiarity with Workdays Financial Management modules to support crossfunctional reporting needs.
Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is an asset but not required.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proactive problemsolver with a continuous improvement mindset.
