Economic Development Officer
Permanent Full Time (Flexible)
Band 6 Starting at $94850.87 per annum super RDO (pro rata)

Economic Development has a rare and extremely exciting opportunity for the right person with a creative flare business acumen and passion to see business thrive in Yarra ensuring our business community not only feels supported by Council but that Yarra becomes a preferred place to do business. The role is diverse in nature and will require you to wear multiple hats be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and will challenge your problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Were looking for someone with a passion for economic development and experience in humancentred design thinking to develop and implement best practices across our awardwinning program of business initiatives and programs.
This position includes regular work outside of the office and you will need to work at alternative locations as required.
