Job Summary
Havel is seeking a Temperature Sales Representative. The Temperature Sales Representative will sell building automation system addons upgrades and installations to General Growth Properties by providing innovative solutions timely quotations and accurate estimates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Annually quote book and achieve gross margins goals.
- Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.
- Comply with set ISO standards.
- Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.
- Maintain monthly planning calendar to provide a means of tracking projects.
- Other tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven verifiable successful record of accomplishment.
- We are looking for a highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.
- Have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.
- Proven record of sales capabilities.
- Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent communicator selfmotivated individual with great organizational skills.
- Regular and reliable attendance including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
