Job Summary:
We are seeking a scientist to join the CVI innovation team based in California. Our experienced team is built with both clinically trained and research trained members with responsibilities to identify and evaluate novel contact lens and ophthalmic interventions designed to solve unmet needs within the eyecare community.
Team responsibilities range from initial invention to rigorous testing of prototype products. We are responsible to develop the next generation of products for CooperVision Inc. Important skills within our team include high quality verbal and written communication to the broader CooperVision and Eyecare communities and the ability to work closely with remote research partners and cross functional departments within R&D. Considerable time and efforts centers on the design implementation and monitoring of clinical trials. Data analysis skills are essential.
A successful candidate will be eager to apply research skills to the realworld task of developing improved refractive and CL treatments in the area of myopia research.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation the starting base pay for this role is between $88731.00 and $118308.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
