Apartment Maintenance Technician The Reserve at Sawmill
Location: Milford DE
Starting Pay: $22.00/hour (based on experience) phone allowance
Schedule: MondayFriday
WPM Real Estate Management is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at Sawmill in Milford DE. If youre handson solutionoriented and take pride in maintaining high standards across apartment communities we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
Respond to daily maintenance requests and work orders
Diagnose and repair HVAC issues
Perform plumbing and electrical repairs
Prep hang and sand drywall
Repair and maintain appliances
Paint apartments and common areas
Keep the property clean safe and wellmaintained
Assist with snow removal as needed
Participate in a rotating oncall schedule for emergency maintenance (nights weekends holidays)
What Were Looking For:
35 years of residential or site maintenance experience preferred
Strong skills in HVAC plumbing electrical and carpentry
Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical systems and perform general repairs
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Comfortable with ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
