MarksmanTitan Security is currently hiring for a Lead Security Officer to work at a location in the Miami FL.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Security Site Lead Officer to work at a commercial office space in West Palm Beach FL. The individual will work with building management building ownership and the contracted security staff to maintain all aspects of physical personnel and visitor security and life safety. This position will also manage all aspects of emergency preparedness including development training and drills. We are seeking a customer focused and resultsoriented professional that possesses strong influencing skill and is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities of Security Site Leadvinclude but are not limited to:
Manage a team of 4 Security Officers including scheduling training and development coaching and support.
Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services and build and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
Supports the organizations culture processes practices and systems
Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities account trends and other topics
Responsible for tracking and effective utilization of company equipment in the field including technology vehicles etc.
Stays current on federal state and local CBA guidelines relative to our services
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications of Security Site Managers:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
25 years experience working in the security industry
Class D SecurityLicense Required
Able to pass preemployment drug screen and criminal background check
Able to read write speak and understand English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Preferred Qualifications of Security Site Managers:
Experience with workforce management and scheduling systems
BiLingual
Pay and Benefits for Security Site Managers:
$22.00 / hour based on experience plus yearend bonus
