The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Enterprise Supply Chain Corporate Compliance Sourcing Procedures and Training Team has a unique opportunity for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Procurement Agent (PA) to be a part of an innovative team whose mission is to make it easy to be educated about Supply Chain Sourcing processes and vision to provide timely world class innovative PA learning opportunities utilizing industry concepts and instructional design best practices to strengthen Boeing execution excellence and compliance to our Boeing business stakeholders. You will work closely with the enterprise sourcing procedure SMEs to synchronize PA training materials align with procurement command media requirements.
The selected individual will lead learning initiatives and execute project plans for sourcing functional excellence that is modernized for todays adult learner. In this role you will also expand your knowledge across multiple business units and operating teams and will support the individuals personal development and career will utilize your procurement knowledge experiences and expertise to better PA knowledge retention for procurement compliance skills to procedural responsibilities. In this assignment you will be required to establish strong business relationships and trust among stakeholders in a highdemand and dynamic environment with various functional stakeholders and the community of our training users.
This position allows the candidate to be based out of one of the following: Everett WA; Seattle WA; Auburn WA; Renton WA; Chicago IL; Berkeley MO; Hazelwood MO; Mesa AZ; Herndon VA; North Charleston SC; El Segundo CA; Huntington Beach CA; Long Beach CA; Seal Beach CA; Oklahoma City OK; Colorado Springs CO; Plano TX; San Antonio TX; Huntsville AL or Ridley Park PA.
Position Responsibilities:
Leverages PA knowledge and procurement functional excellence experiences in the development of training plans and learning materials
Identifies learning opportunities evaluate needs lead implement solutions and measure impact
Manages activities through delivery and maintain/update training materials
Consults and collaborates with procedure team to authenticate alignment of PA sourcing command media including accessible how to guidance training materials
Writes scripts and instructor/facilitator guides
Designs various training delivery methods to enhance supply chain sourcing employees skills and performance to procedures
Demonstrates excellent oral communication skills and ability to partner to assist in problem resolution
Builds collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
Monitors training program effectiveness and incorporate changes as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Subject Matter Expertise with Boeing procurement processes and contracting
Skill and capability to collect organize synthesize and analyze data; summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations
Experience utilizing trend analysis to prioritize work
Project Management skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills ability to transform complex information into clear and simplified instructions for knowledge transfer
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree in Business or other related fields of Education
Supply Chain desired experience with multiple learning concepts and training methods
Instructional or coaching experience in educating Procurement Agents
Multiple business unit knowledge or experience
