Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
- Assess clients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Establish appropriate therapy goals
- Provide occupational therapy interventions
- Train caregivers on effective support techniques
- Facilitate discharge planning for seamless transitions
Clinical Administration:
- Oversee risk management and quality assurance
- Conduct audits and review clinical guidelines
Training & Research:
- Lead training sessions for department staff
- Develop and maintain individual training plans
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives
- Plan and coordinate professional development programs
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy (recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council)
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
- Solid decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
- Collaborative team player
