Sr. Designer(Pre bid) Sr. Designer should have understanding of different available systems in the market. He/She should be able propose different solution for the project a prebid stage. Should have good understanding different materials and itscommercial impact.

Study / Understand project technical specification/ architectural and structural drawings
Work planning for own work
timely submission of system drawings and shop drawings

Optimized designs as per project requirement
Creation of proper BOM for a project

Understand clients requirement
Meet the delivery deadlines of design work
Information flow
People Orientation;
Align organizational need and team & individual growth
Experience Minimum 7 years experience in Faade design.
Understanding of basic principles of Faade.
Understanding of different materials and it commercial impact.
Material properties of different alloys of Aluminium & Steel
AutoCad 2D & 3D
Understanding the project requirements.
Good to have
Knowledge of estimation.
