Job Description
Sr. Designer(Pre bid)
Sr. Designer should have understanding of different available systems in the market. He/She should be able propose different solution for the project a prebid stage. Should have good understanding different materials and itscommercial impact.
Key Individual Accountabilities ;
Strategic ;
- Ownership of system proposal for the prebid.
- Study / Understand project technical specification/ architectural and structural drawings
- Work planning for own work
- timely submission of system drawings and shop drawings
Financial ;
- Optimized designs as per project requirement
- Creation of proper BOM for a project
Customer/ External Orientation ;
- Understand clients requirement
- Meet the delivery deadlines of design work
- Information flow
People Orientation;
- Align organizational need and team & individual growth
- Training
- On time and in full delivery
- Design quality

Our client is Indias leading Building Materials Company with the largest market share and is one of the largest uPVC and Aluminium Windows and doors and Faade manufacturers & suppliers in India. The company has ambitious plans to manufacture Facades. Part of an erstwhile group acknowledged for its transparent work culture and diversity. Established only about a decade ago this company today boasts of sales and service presence in more than 200 cities through twenty sales offices four factories nine Signature Studios more than 100 dealer showrooms and a strong direct sales force of more than 300 executives.
Internal; Sales Manufacturing Service/Installation Purchase Estimation
External; Faade client Faade Consultants
- Technical:
- Education BE/ in Mechanical or Civil engineering
- Experience Minimum 7 years experience in Faade design.
- Understanding of basic principles of Faade.
- Understanding of different materials and it commercial impact.
- Material properties of different alloys of Aluminium & Steel
- AutoCad 2D & 3D
- Understanding the project requirements.
- Good to have
- Knowledge of estimation.
- Good to have
