Salary: 34000 per annum

We are currently working with a leading national charity that supports individuals affected by the criminal justice system. They are seeking a passionate and committed Community Engagement Manager to help deliver the firstever Patient and Public Voice service focused on the families of patients in London prisons.

This role will suit someone who is:

  • Confident in opening doors and building collaborative relationships
  • Passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices
  • Experienced in working across healthcare criminal justice or community sectors
  • Energised by working directly with diverse communities

What youll do:
You will work across London prisons to establish systems that enable families to contribute their voices and drive service improvement. Collaborating with multiagency partners youll ensure family input informs healthcare practices and drives systemic change within prison settings.

What were looking for:

  • Experience in community engagement or a related field
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice and/or healthcare systems
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills
  • A belief in the dignity and potential of every person
