Job Title: Employment Law Solicitor (25 Years PQE)
Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working Available)

A leading UK law firm is expanding its Employment Law team in Leeds and is looking for an experienced Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate level) to join their growing dynamic team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 25 years PQE in Employment Law to manage a varied and challenging workload while also contributing to the growth and development of the Leeds Employment team.
You will work on both contentious and noncontentious employment matters with the chance to get involved in corporate support work where relevant. Youll be a key part of a growing team working alongside supportive colleagues and taking on responsibility from day one.
What Youll Be Doing
Advising clients on a wide range of employment matters including disputes tribunals and compliance
Managing a mixed caseload of contentious and noncontentious employment law work
Supporting corporate transactions including TUPE and restructures
Developing client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
Assisting with the development and growth of the Leeds Employment team
Mentoring junior members of the team
What Were Looking For
25 years PQE in Employment Law
Strong experience in both contentious and noncontentious employment law
Corporate support experience (preferred but not essential)
A proactive clientfocused approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage your own caseload effectively and meet deadlines
Collaborative and teamoriented with a desire to contribute to the teams growth
