Location: Toronto ON
Employment Type: FullTime
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: From $25/hour (based on experience)
Company Overview:
We are a Torontobased welding company specializing in fabrication and repair work for the waste management industry. Our focus includes welding and refurbishing garbage bins and other related equipment.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and skilled TIG Welders with approximately one year of handson experience. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in waste management or with waste handling equipment particularly garbage bins.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on various metal components

Repair and fabricate garbage bins and related waste management equipment

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the welding process

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience

Experience with waste management equipment or garbage bin welding is preferred

Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
