Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train a team of waiters and waitresses to provide exceptional service to our guests On Board Cruise Ship
Monitor dining room operations and ensure that all guests are receiving timely and efficient service
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining room and other food service areas
Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to guest preferences and dietary restrictions
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Continuously strive to improve and enhance the dining experience for our guests.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Head Waiter or a similar supervisory role in a highend restaurant or cruise ship
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
