Job Description
Join Our Team as an Automotive Banker!
Capital Automotive Group is currently seeking a detailoriented and dependable Automotive Banker to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in our accounting department responsible for managing daily bank transactions reconciling finance commissions and issuing chargeback checks to lenders. The ideal candidate is organized proficient in Excel and experienced in accounting processes within a highpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Post monthly reserve statements accurately and on time
- Reconcile and adjust finance commissions
- Issue chargeback checks and prepare related reports for management
- Maintain and work assigned accounting schedules
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Support accurate and timely monthend financial reporting
- Consistently meet internal accounting deadlines
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting or financial operations (automotive experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with CDK software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass a preemployment background screening
