Description

The Contract & Policy Administrator will be responsible for the organization and compliance monitoring of contracting and supply chain policies. This role will support governance concerns and manage data entry and communication related to contracts. Additionally the administrator will assist in provisioning and monitoring activities within our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.

In addition this role will take ownership of and manage the Contract lifecycle within the CLM tool from inception to archiving this includes updating of the contract record and the creation of appropriate milestone reminders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain contracts and supply chain policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor compliance and governance concerns related to contracts and policies providing timely updates and reports to management.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records of contracts amendments and related documentation.
  • Support communication efforts surrounding contract processes ensuring all stakeholders are informed of relevant updates and requirements.
  • Provision and monitor activities within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool ensuring effective use and compliance with internal processes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address contractrelated inquiries and facilitate smooth contract execution. Conduct regular audits of contracts and policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Ensuring that the contract is assigned to the appropriate Contract Manager
  • Ensuring that Contracts are fully executed
  • Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are attached when required
  • Purchase orders and items within the Supply Chain ERP item file are identified and properly attached to the appropriate contract record as required
  • Stay informed on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices related to contract management and supply chain policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred Previous experience in contract administration policy management or supply chain operations is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail with demonstrated ability to follow up on multiple simultaneous contracting projects
  • Proficient in data entry and management with experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills desired
