The Gerber Hospital Nocturnist team is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their hospital medicine practice caring for patients on their busy team. In addition to PAs they are looking for Acute Care or Adult Gerontology NPs. Experience preferred but not required.
Position details:
Working with a wellestablished Physician group additional APPs and other disciplines to assure safety and success
10 6hr shifts over a two week period (12pm6pm; MondayFriday) no call requirements

Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner:
Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience
Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
LICNurse Practitioner (NP) State of Michigan
CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
Physician Assistant:
Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
LICPhysician Assistant State of Michigan

Gerber Hospital offers inpatient medical surgical obstetrical and critical care units. Our Family Birthing Center is highly rated and offers midwife services and individual birth plans. Outpatient services include a fullservice laboratory; cancer services; a full complement of medical imaging diagnostic services including CT MRI and 3D mammography; cardiopulmonary services; comprehensive rehabilitation services including cardiac pulmonary and cancer rehab; occupational therapy and an array of outpatient surgical procedures.
