- Teach/tutor incenter using the Mathnasium Method terminology and teaching practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Support various administrative tasks and projects around the center
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- Passion for and great working with kids fun patience encouragement empathy

- Driven & motivated; desire to lean in and grow within the organization; interest in taking on new projects; seeking promotion to Lead Instructor Assistant Center Director and beyond
- Eagerness to learn and be trained

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfort speaking with students and parents
- Desire and ability to teach

- Strong math competency through at least Algebra I
