Open to remote or hybrid with preference of being onsite in New York.
The Manager will operate alongside and report to the Director to manage partnerships both internally and externally. You will support all aspects of partnership operations and management across their adjacent media channels including supporting the creation of partnership strategy for their specialism ensuring excellence in execution of assigned partnerships including negotiating and delivering partnership agreements managing communications with assigned partners and ensuring partnerships delivery against core objectives. You will also be tasked with creating and distributing internal resources and communications with the support of the Director and VP Partnerships. You will work with the team to ensure their main responsibilities contribute to a cohesive Partnership strategy and vision for dentsu.
You will align across several departments within dentsu including technology media investment innovation activation trading and planning therefore an ability to work with multiple stakeholders to create solutions for all is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Relationship management across key partnerships
- Manage daytoday need and communication of the partnerships ensuring excellence in execution with team support
- Own various reporting needs
- Work closely with Investment Activation and Amplifi (trading) to ensure partnership approach meets the needs of our clients and aligns to dentsu standards
- Inform and educate Investment & Activation teams on partner new and updated deal details
- Support the creation and execution of dentsu and client agreements
- Be seen as an integrator and problem solver both internally and externally driving partners and maintaining engagement across several variables
- Support on client business where needed to build custom partnership plans and subjectmatterexpertise of partner landscape.
- Participate in new business as subjectmatterexpert in specialism and/or Partnership leader on value proposition for potential client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (marketing advertising business and communications preferred)
- 46 years experience within the media industry as a partnership or investment member
- 1 years of experience management of junior employees
- Consistent and exceptional project management
- Ability to properly delegate tasks to staff to ensure appropriate use
- Experience with problemsolving and collaboration across teams
- Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions
- Experience in retail media or commerce buying preferred with familiarity working with retail media networks commerce platforms and ad tech.
- A deep curiosity and passion for the evolving retail media landscape with a strong interest in creative partnerships and innovation and a drive to explore new opportunities.
Additional information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51000$83375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
