You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSenior Account Manager for a global marketing company. College/student focused multidisciplinary agency experiencing huge growth and with established partnerships with some of the most prestigious and exciting brands on the planet.
This will be a handson role predominantly working remotely within North America with a preference for East Coast timezone managing projects across the US and Canadian markets. There will be requirement for work travel to meet with clients and field work on site across multiple states and territories including occasional travel to the UK headquarters. The role will be fully remote however you will be provided with a WeWork membership and expected to complete 3 days per week within the office space.
You will be expected to manage a team of up to 3 and bridge the gap between client and agency ensuring campaigns are planned and delivered to a high specification and ensuring account growth and supporting increased revenue into the agency.
You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director (PST based) and will be a key component in driving the agency forward via excellent account management and client development skills. You will work closely with the GMD to ensure every project is planned and delivered to a high specification whilst also spotting areas of account growth and proactively ensuring these areas are taken advantage of through proposal writing and pitching.
Responsible for managing campaign budgets ensuring the retention profitability and growth of client accounts.
Manage the work performance and professional development of more junior team members ensuring Directors are aware of areas of improvement and success
Identify ways to grow current client accounts through new opportunities. Developing and converting new business opportunities with existing and future agency clients and executing proposals and pitch responses to secure extra revenue.
Manage finance accurately ensuring all client accounts hit profitability and growth targets and specific finance reporting requirements as per client and agency requirements.
About You:
You will understand integrated campaigns and the marketing mix. You will have a strong understanding of the US collegiate landscape and experience in delivering to the student demographic.
You will have experience in developing creating and deploying marketing campaigns in line with a campaigns creative direction and vision.
You will be up to date with the latest trends and best practices with a special focus on the youth and student audience with the ability to adapt quickly to what is an everevolving audience. You will have experience in experiential marketing leading project management critical timings and budget management.
Youll be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment balancing multiple projects and clients. Most importantly you bring energy fresh ideas solutions to problems and are able to spot angles to help build relationships with existing and potential clients.
Minimum 3 years experience in a client services role ideally within an experiential eventbased or social agency.
Experience with multichannel briefs and linking digital and physical to benefit campaigns and working on working on cross agency projects.
Experience managing and developing a team to ensure they get the best results.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients in a fastpaced environment.
Experience managing collegiate programmes and a solid understanding of the US college market including Greek Life and NIL
