Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Remote PowerPoint Expert to join our team on a remote basis. In this role you will be responsible for creating visually stunning engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for a variety of purposes including internal communications executive briefings training materials marketing presentations and more. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to transform complex information and data into easily understandable and impactful visual stories. This is a fully remote position requiring a proactive organized and communicative individual with a strong command of PowerPoint and design principles.

Responsibilities:

Presentation Design and Development: Create highquality visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations from provided content outlines or verbal instructions.

Content Transformation: Transform textheavy documents data and complex information into clear concise and visually engaging slides using appropriate layouts graphics charts and animations.

Branding Consistency: Ensure all presentations adhere to WeCare Medical Specialty Groups branding guidelines including logo usage color palettes typography and overall visual style.

Template Creation and Management: Develop and maintain master PowerPoint templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.

Data Visualization within PowerPoint: Effectively visualize data using PowerPoints charting tools and integrate charts and graphs from other sources (e.g. Excel) to support key messages.

Animation and Transitions: Utilize appropriate animations and transitions to enhance the flow and engagement of presentations without being distracting.

Image and Multimedia Integration: Source select and integrate highquality images icons and multimedia elements (videos audio) into presentations.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand their presentation needs incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Quality Assurance: Review and proofread all presentations to ensure accuracy consistency and visual appeal.

Version Control and Organization: Manage multiple versions of presentations and maintain organized files.

Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest PowerPoint features design trends and best practices in presentation development.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to PowerPoint presentations.

Training and Support (Occasional): Provide guidance and support to other employees on PowerPoint best practices and template usage.

Qualifications:

Work Permit/Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit allowing employment in the United States.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications Marketing or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 35 years of professional experience as a PowerPoint expert or presentation specialist.

Software Proficiency: Expertlevel proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including advanced features such as master slides animations transitions charting tools and multimedia integration.

Design Skills: Strong understanding of visual design principles including layout typography color theory and imagery.

Data Visualization Skills: Ability to effectively present data using charts and graphs within PowerPoint. Familiarity with tools like Excel for data manipulation and charting is beneficial.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality errorfree work.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and incorporate feedback.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to presentation challenges.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of professional PowerPoint presentations is required. Please include examples of complex layouts data visualization and creative design.

Remote Work Capabilities: Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup suitable for remote work.
