Job Description
CDL A Company Driver Position Regional
P&J is hiring pay starting at 56cpm up to 66cpm.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of experience with CDL A in the last 36 months
Loads
- Dry Van trailer
- 100% notouch freight
- 5060% drop & hook
- No NYC or its five boroughs
- OTR covering all 48 states primarily east of I35
- 2021 Freightliner Cascadia governed at 68mph
- Weekly average 2400 miles

Home Time
- Out 1014 days home 2 days
- Out 18 days home 3 days
Pay
- Depends on verifiable experience (56cpm66cpm)
- Detention: $12.50 an hour after the second hour
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
- Per diem program available
- Direct deposit every Friday
Sign On Bonus (SOB): $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at the time of bonus payout to qualify).
