Job Description
Our client is an established wellfunded CryptoExchange in Asia which is dedicated to building a worldclass trading platform. Their mission is to revolutionize trading systems by leveraging cuttingedge technology and innovative solutions. They are looking for a new Engineering Director;
Key Responsibilities
Architect and Build: Design and establish a highfrequency trading system including market data handling trading engine order management and risk control modules.
Market Connectivity: Develop seamless connections with diverse trading gateways and exchanges both domestically and internationally.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to gather business requirements and continuously optimize system functionality to enhance performance.
Team Leadership: Build mentor and lead a highperforming team focused on innovation and excellence in trading technology.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Over 10 years of R&D and management experience in technologydriven environments preferably within Crypto/Blockchain industries. Min 5 years of leadership experiences managing sizable teams
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in performance monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. trace log metric flame graph) with a deep understanding of network protocols operating systems and database systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of data structures excellent logical thinking and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
Financial Acumen: Familiarity with trading systems blockchain technology and financial markets is highly desirable.
