Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst (HRIS Analyst) with strong handson experience in endtoend Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in key Workday modules a solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support endtoend Workday implementations including requirement gathering process design testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and document business processes and requirements across multiple Workday modules.
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core Compensation Recruiting Talent & Performance and Reporting functionalities.
- Analyze and optimize HRIS processes to ensure system efficiency and data integrity.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Assist with postimplementation support change management and continuous improvement.
- Support security configuration user access controls and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and data migration tasks.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 23 years of handson proven experience with full project lifecycle of Workday implementations.
- Handson expertise in:
- Musthave Modules: HCM Core Compensation Recruiting Talent & Performance Reports
- Preferred Modules: Advanced Compensation LMS Absence Integrations Time Tracking Security Roles
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification in any relevant modules is a plus.
- Experience in global HRIS projects or enterprisescale implementations is desirable.
