Dein Aufgabengebiet:

• Mitarbeit bei operativen HRThemen (z.B. Erstellung von Zeugnissen und Vertrgen Pflege der Datenbank Erstellung von Reports etc.)
• Untersttzung im RecruitmentProzess (z.B. Schaltung interner/externer Stellenausschreibungen Pflege der Bewerberdatenbanken Bewerberkommunikation)
• Be und Erarbeitung von kleineren arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Themen
• Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation sowie der Optimierung von internen HRProzessen
• Eigenstndige Bearbeitung sowie Mitarbeit in HRProjekten je nach Bedarf und persnlichem Interesse
• Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen Abteilungen

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Schwerpunkt Personal) Psychologie oder einem anderen relevanten Studiengang
• Falls im Zuge des Studiums ein Pflichtpraktikum zu absolvieren ist wre im Anschluss auch eine Werkstudententtigkeit wnschenswert
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Word Excel PowerPoint sowie Outlook) MS Teams
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sorgfltige und eigenstndige Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstrke proaktive Mitarbeit und die Fhigkeit ber den Tellerrand zu schauen
• Teamfhigkeit Zuverlssigkeit sowie das Interesse an bereichs und lnderbergreifender Zusammenarbeit
