SWEETWATER MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER
WYOMING LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPISTS IN THE SWEETWATER AREA

ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING
Climb Wyomings mission is to help lowincome single mothers discover self sufficiency through career
training and placement. To date the program has helped thousands of families reach selfsufficiency the
effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and
placement program but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the
Climb model include skills that ensure successful relationships on the job and in the home.

- Committed to the success of lowincome single mothers through the practice of compassionate therapy
- Experienced with group facilitation and conflict resolution within a therapeutic group setting
- Someone who has a high level of emotional intelligence and selfawareness
- Able to help single mothers recognize their strengths and barriers and practice new skills as they work through training and job placement
- Able to understand and convey the connection between a persons past experience and their current behaviors
- Someone who has an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Experienced in building meaningful relationships with other providers and resources within the community
- Effective in working with a team and enjoy team support
- Able to guide team members in their relationshipdriven work with participants

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Masters degree and Wyoming mental health license
- 23 years of relevant experience exposure to families living in poverty is a plus

- Reports to the Sweetwater Program Director
- Sessions are conducted at Climbs Sweetwater site officelocated in Rock Springs
