What Were Looking For:
- A licensed OT whos motivated adaptable and a true team player

- Passion for patientcentered care (and maybe a good sense of humor too)
What Youll Be Doing:
- Treating a wide range of neurological and orthopedic impairments
- Collaborating in a supportive teambased clinic with PTs SLPs and support personnel
- Applying your clinical reasoning and adaptability to diverse neurological and orthopedic diagnoses
- (Bonus points if you can make splintsbut were happy to teach if not!)
Locations and Hours:
Outpatient Neuro Rehab 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) Mon Tue Thu & Fri (8am to 4:30pm)
Brassfield Neuro Rehab 0.2 FTE (8 hours/week) Wed (8am to 4:30pm)
Responsibilities
Administers therapeutic exercises and other occupational therapy interventions to improve patients strength flexibility and range of motion.
Educates patients and their families on treatment plans home exercises and selfmanagement techniques to improve recovery outcomes.
Collaborates with other in developing and implementing discharge plans and recommendations for continued care and may require some guidance from other team members.
Monitors and documents patients progress treatment outcomes and responses to interventions so that treatment plans can be adjusted as needed.
Collaborates on teams from different departments to ensure coordinated patient care and holistic treatment outcomes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
