Job Description
Our Emerging Talent Programs which includes Interns Trainees and Finance Rotational Associates offer unique opportunities for students recent graduates and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies TV shows and other great experiences. This Summer Internship is from May/June through August 29th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
EAs role is to ensure that we have the most cost optimal fit for purpose simplified portfolio of applications and platforms across SPE that are well aligned to business goals. Enterprise Architecture group provides services in the following areas: technology management application management standards management architecture strategies IT change and configuration management and IT compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role includes partnering with multiple SPE stakeholders including IT and Business Executives Application Owners Architects etc to meet primary objective ofmaintaining a centralized accurate and uptodate source of information about an organizations IT infrastructure. Inthis role a candidate will assist with ensuring initiatives are aligned to Enterprise Architecture Standards compliant with IT and Info Sec Policies. Intern candidate in this position should have good communication skills and will be interacting with IT stakeholders business users and should understand information security policies.
Intern will be actively involved in:
- Programs and initiatives around configuration management master data governance
- Procedures standards process flow designs and implementation in support of CMDB data health
- Support Information Security campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in college/university in pursuit of a degree in IT
- Strong written and communication skills
- Passion for excellence and ethics
- Drive for data quality integrity and governance
- Ability to analyze data and derive statistics
- Ability to guide development of metrics and dashboards to track operational KPIs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with using MS Visio is a plus
