The Operations Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and Life Science is responsible process monitoring and optimization quality control documentation and reporting equipment maintenance training and support continuance improvement and compliance and safety.

This position is part of Life Science and Diagnostics departments located in Miami FL and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the multiOpco Team and report to the Operations Manager responsible for Life Sciences and Microbiology. If you thrive in a fast paced metricdriven production servicing role and want to work to build a worldclass supply chain organizationread on.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Apply analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and processes to identify areas or improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production equipment software systems and relevant technologies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience
• Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with MS office products Microsoft Excel email.

It would be a plus if you also have possessed previous experience in:

• Previous laboratory work experience preferred especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment.

The hourly rate for this role is $16.83. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the rate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate. This rate may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
